ANBIMA – Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association – and B3 once again join forces to launch a major initiative: the Brazilian Capital Markets Conference. The event brings together representatives of key players in the Brazilian financial market to further enhance the relevance of our capital markets.

On September 3 and 4 we will welcome you to discuss with renowned Brazilian and international speakers the opportunities and future prospects of capital markets, an important driving force for economic development.

    ANBIMA’s president and B3’s CEO welcome guests and officially open the Brazilian Capital Markets Conference. Then Dyogo Oliveira (BNDES president), Marcelo Barbosa (CVM president) and Reinaldo Le Grazie (Central Bank of Brazil) and other authorities attending the event are invited to speak.

    Capital Markets: An Agenda For Brazil

    Representatives from large financial institutions discuss how capital markets can be consolidated as a long-term financing instrument. The speakers include: Renato Ejnisman (Bradesco BBI), Christian Egan (Itaú BBA), Roberto Campos (Santander), and Daniel Lemos (XP Investimentos). Moderator: José Eduardo Laloni (ANBIMA and Banco ABC Brasil).

    Talks Space Economy: The New Space Race and its Impact on Global Society

    Half a century after man first stepped on the moon, a new space race is attracting the attention of humankind. Instead of superpowers, mega entrepreneurs like Jeff Bezos (Amazon) and Elon Musk (Tesla) are the key players in this race. Sidney Nakahodo, a Columbia University professor and CEO of the New York Space Alliance, will talk about the conquest of space through commercial activities, its impact on the global economy and society, and how such changes prompt us to reflect on our own place in the universe.
